Reservations

Online reservations begin January 1 each year. Telephone reservations (231-894-4708) begin February 1.

All reservations less than 5 days require payment in full. 50% deposit if longer than 5 days.

We accept payment by check, money order, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. If making a reservation using our Online Reservation System, payment in full will be taken.

If you are reserving multiple sites for a group, a deadline for all sites reserved to be claimed will be issued. Typically, 30 days from the date the reservation was made.

Guidelines

NIGHTLY RATES INCLUDE: 2 adults, and their dependent children. No last minute add-ons at registration.

MAXIMUM CAMPING UNITS per site One RV plus one tent or two tents. (State Law).

CHECK-IN between 3:00pm and 9:00pm. Camp office and store close at 9:00pm(may vary). No Check-ins after 11:00pm. Early arrivals or late departures must be approved and may incur additional charges.

CHECK-OUT for Cabins & Rental RV is 11:00am; Campsites is 12:00pm (Noon).

VISITORS … To ensure the safety and comfort of ALL of our campers; all visitors must register at the camp office upon entering White River Campground, and pay a daily fee of $5.00 per each adult. Seniors (62+) no charge for visiting. Visitors must leave by 10:00pm,, when visiting hours end. Visitors arriving after 8:00pm will not be allowed in.

Cancellation and/or Shortened Stays Policy:

  • 14 days or more prior to the arrival date qualify for a full refund of camping fees, less an administrative fee of $25.00.
  • 13 days or less prior to the arrival date will receive camp credit(s) for camping that may be applied toward a future stay during the current camping year/season.
  • No refunds for inclement weather, service disruptions, or any other circumstance beyond the campground’s ability to control. No refunds for early departures.
